Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• Free Shipping – For orders over $50

Returns & Exchanges

At Marmar Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our comfortable, Scandinavian-designed children’s clothing. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Quick Overview

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Socks and tights (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags or packaging

Return & Exchange Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
• Your full name and email address
• Order number
• Items you wish to return/exchange (including size and color)
• Reason for return/exchange
• Confirmation that items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, and ship to:

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
• Credit card/PayPal refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred size/color alternative.
