Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging
- No signs of wear or damage
- All original labels and tags present
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Socks and tights (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, and ship to:

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred size/color alternative.
International Returns
