We take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order. Each Marmar garment is inspected to ensure it meets our high standards of quality before being lovingly packaged.

For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS, delivering within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide, bringing Scandinavian simplicity to families across the globe. However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas and certain parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a generous 15-day return policy from the day you receive your order, giving you plenty of time to ensure every piece is perfect for your child.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What condition do items need to be in for returns?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and socks unless the packaging is unopened.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.
